Below is a current list of Insurances Geist Optometry accepts for eye examinations. Please note that many of the insurances below only cover your eye exam if there is a medical problem. For example, by law Medicare never covers a routine eyeglass exam but will cover your exam if there is a medical condition with your eyes such as cataracts or glaucoma.

Not all plans below have routine vision insurance coverage and depends on the vision and/ or medical plan provided by your employer. Please check with your employer or call our office for us to obtain verification of your insurance coverage before your exam.
